These terms govern your use of the GeoSurf app. By downloading or using GeoSurf, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use GeoSurf for your own non-commercial use.

Your account

Online features use an anonymous account. You are responsible for keeping your restore code safe — anyone with it can access your account. Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate others; we may reset names that break this rule.

Fair play

Don't cheat, automate, tamper with, or otherwise manipulate scores, the daily challenge or the leaderboards. We may remove entries and accounts that do.

GeoSurf Pro

GeoSurf Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. Billing, taxes and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. You can restore a previous purchase at any time. The core game is fully playable for free.

Content and accuracy

GeoSurf and its content are owned by the developer. Geographic data is provided for learning and entertainment and may contain errors or simplifications; it is not authoritative.

As-is, no warranty

GeoSurf is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using GeoSurf and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
